Cottage suites are intended for our adult guests.
Rates for peak dates and some special events may be $10-$40.00 higher that the above rates.
Reservations may be cancelled no later than one week prior to arrival date.
Late cancellations and "no-shows" are subject to a full charge.
Deposits for rooms cancelled earlier than 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $25.00 per room. Refunds on rooms cancelled late will be made only if room(s) can be re-rented.
