Reservation Policies
All reservations for INDIVIDUAL GUEST ROOMS require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit per room to guarantee the room assignment and date. Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Rooms canceled after 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a full charge, less the taxes for the reservation. FULL PAYMENT for individual rooms will automatically be processed 7 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season, September - October, cancellations must be made 14 days prior, rooms canceled after 14 days prior to arrival are subject to the full charge, less the taxes for the reservation. During peak season, FULL PAYMENT for individual rooms will automatically be processed 14 days prior to arrival. Check-in for all individual guest rooms is any time after 3 pm, with a check-out of any time before 11:00 am.
VACATION HOME RESERVATIONS inaugurate another set of policies. Vacation Home reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $100 for each rental. Cancellations for Vacation Homes must be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Vacation Homes canceled after 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a full charge for the reservation. Full payment of Vacation Home reservations is due 14 days prior to arrival.
During Peak Season, September - October, cancellations must be made 1 month prior to arrival. Rooms canceled after 1 month prior to arrival are subject to the full charge, less the taxes for the reservation. FULL PAYMENT for individual rooms will automatically be processed 14 days prior to arrival. Check-in for Vacation Homes is any time after 4 pm. Check-out for Vacation Homes is any time before 12 noon.
Final payments will AUTOMATICALLY process to the credit card used to process the deposit. If the final payment fails to process, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If you would like to make the final payment in ANY manner other than with the credit card used for the deposit, please contact our reservations team by calling (812) 988-0300 BEFORE the payment is due. After the final payment is processed, and an alternate method of payment is desired, a 6% processing fee, will be assessed to cover our cost to process any refunded amounts.
Reservations may be rescheduled once with an arrival date not later than 60 days after the original date of the reservation.

The rates for most accommodation units are for double occupancy. A $10-$15 per person charge is added to each night of a reservation for more than 2 persons per room. The entire Cornerstone LODGE price is based on up to 6 persons with one additional person allowed. Many dates have multiple night requirements and partial cancellation of such reservations will not be allowed.
One complimentary parking spot is included for each individual room reserved. A convenient pay lot is located across the street from the Main House or east of Cornerstone Lodge for guests bringing more than one vehicle per room or if arriving before noon or departing the village after 1 pm. Tudie's Cottage has 2 designated parking spaces. The Cornerstone Lodge has 4. A complimentary parking spot is provided for Cabin 360 guests while enjoying the downtown Nashville area.
Cornerstone Inn has no accommodation for pets or emotional support animals.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas outdoors only.
Some online reservation scenarios may provide an improper room rate or an average nightly rate that incorporates special rates. Management reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments in a timely fashion to rate quote errors. The customer may cancel a reservation upon which any such adjustment has been made within 3 days of notice of such adjustment without incurring processing fees.
