In the fall of 2015, we combined two guestrooms to create one amazing PREMIER SUITE with a glamorous 1930’s Art Deco theme with a king bed, Solaris double-sided round gas fireplace that divides the sleeping and living area. In the bedroom enjoy watching a 55” UHD 4K TV from a cozy leather reclining lounge chair. There is also, a custom 1930’s Art Deco Vanity by Joe Strefezza of Shelby, North Carolina in the room.

The living area has a glamorous cobalt blue velvet love seat, two chairs, and a small round table under a skylight with a 55” UHD 4K TV above the fireplace. Off to the side, is a beautiful wet bar with custom Art Deco-themed cabinetry, quartz counter-top with sink, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and single serve pod coffeemaker (coffee pods are provided) . Enjoy a spacious bath suite with a deep 2-person whirlpool tub and walk-in rain shower with Brizo fixtures, quartz counter-tops, custom Art Deco themed cabinetry by local artisans, Rob and Pat Clark.

Daily Housekeeping Services are not provided.

Named after Fredric L. Tilton, who with his first wife, Gladys purchased Lot 10, Nashville in 1939. Located on the 3rd floor, facing the northwest, elevator accessible.
