Upper Room #1 has a large north window overlooking Main Street, a queen bed, full loft bed, and loveseat/twin sofa bed. Completely new! Opened 10/21/2023. Includes access to a lovely common area with microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and a screened-in balcony. Accommodates 5 guests ($15 additional guest charge, if more than 2 guests each night per guest).

This room is located on the second floor with a flight of 17 stairs. A platform/chair lift is also available for people with difficulty negotiating stairs or for heavy objects up to 450 pounds.

Named after Allie Ferguson, who in the early 1900s was the owner of a local boarding house on West Franklin Street, affectionately known as the Ferguson House.

Daily housekeeping services are not provided for this Vacation Home. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 12 noon.
